Return and Exchange Policies

 At HunniFit, we pride ourselves on the quality of our apparel. We guarantee that you'll be happy with the outstanding quality as well. In the event however that your purchase is not a fit for you, simply follow the return and exchange guidelines provided below.

Returns

  • You must contact us by email or using the contact form on our website within 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request an Exchange Authorization.
  • All items for return must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of stains or fragrances, in its original condition and packaging with all original tags attached. Any item returned that does not meet these requirements, and all other return conditions, will not be refunded and will only be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of any return shipping and is responsible for using a shipping method that provides tracking as we will not be responsible for lost or missing returns .
  • Once we have received and examined your returned item, and it meets all of our return guidelines, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned product to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We will email you to notify you when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

Return Instructions:

1. Within 14 days of your item being delivered, contact us either by email or using the contact form on our website to request an exchange.

2. We will email you a return authorization.

3. Within 3 business days of receiving the Return Authorization you must mail the item to be returned back to us at the address provided.

4. Once we have received and examined your returned item, and it meets all of our return and exchange guidelines, we will process your return.

Domestic Exchanges

  • You must contact us by email or using the contact form on our website within 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request an Exchange Authorization.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be made for a different size or color of the original item ordered.
  • All items for exchange must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of stains or fragrances, in its original condition and packaging with all original tags attached. Any item received that does not meet these requirements, and all other return conditions, will not be exchanged and will only be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of any return shipping and is responsible for using a shipping method that provides tracking as we will not be responsible for lost or missing returns .
  • The item for exchange must be mailed to us within 3 business days of an Exchange Authorization being issued.
  • After receiving your exchange request, we will confirm availability of the item requested, and will issue you an Exchange Authorization if the item is available.

Exchange Instructions:

1. Within 14 days of your item being delivered, contact us either by email or using the contact form on our website to request your exchange. You must provide us with your original order number and include the Name, Color, and Size of the item you would like in exchange.

2. We will confirm availability of the item, and if available, will provide you with an Exchange Authorization by email.

3. Within 3 business days of receiving the Exchange Authorization you must mail the item to be exchanged back to us at the address provided to you via email for the exchange.

4. Once we have received and examined your returned item, and it meets all of our return and exchange guidelines, we will process your exchange.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
